MHW: Spring Blossom Festival & Its Contents

The Spring Blossom Festival for Monster Hunter World is coming this 6th of April until the 19th of April. Capcom promises to deliver an exciting set of events that are sure to keep players entertained and looking for new gear and armor.

MHW Spring Blossom Festival Dates

  • Starting April 5th 5pm PT / April 6th 12am GMT
  • Ending April 19th 5pm PT / April 20th 12am GMT

The Gathering Hub will be decorated in a spring theme full of flowers and light for all. The receptionists in the gathering hall will have new pretty event related costumes; even our handler will be dressed for the occasion. Her outfit will automatically be unlocked when the event goes live. Spring Blossom Platter, a special meal at the Canteen in the gathering hall has increased rates for skills during this time period. 2 Lucky Tickets instead of 1 will be awarded to players when they redeem their log in bonus during the festival. In addition, hunters will obtain 1 Spring Blossom Ticket and 3 Blossom Fireworks. Make sure to check out the shops, Canteen, and garden as everything (zenny and research points) is half off! Log in everyday and complete the daily bounties to obtain the new Heavy Armor Sphere that provides 200 points.

There will be several new armor sets for players and their palicos that can be forge during this event which hunters will need to obtain “Spring Blossom Ticket” or “Spring Insect Field Guide”.

Been enjoying MHW’s gestures and stamps? Capcom has heard you and will be releasing new gestures and a stamp set. These gestures and stamp set will be purchasable through PSN and/or Xbox Live.

Hunters will be surprised if they thought to check their guild card. Capcom has given players 2 new backgrounds that can be use to express their hunter’s style and personality.

The Festival will have previously released events quests available for the duration of the event. These old event quests offer players new armor pieces, increase drop percentages for items, increase hunter rank experience, and other various benefits. This is a limited time event so make sure you undertake the events you need while they are available. Below are all events for the first week of the Spring Blossom Festival and what they provide for hunters.
