Xbox One owners with Xbox Live Gold memberships can look forward to playing Firaxis’ highly-praised turn-based, tactics game, XCOM 2  for free.

XCOM 2 – Free Weekend

Part of the Free Play Days, XCOM 2  is freely playable starting today, October 26th at 9:00 am PT, up until October 29th, a Sunday at 11:59 pm PT.

Also, an offer to fully purchase either XCOM 2  or XCOM 2  Digital Deluxe edition at 60% off each, is currently available at the Xbox Store, but for this weekend only. Doing so will allow you to carry over game progress and achievements.

XCOM 2  is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and on PC for Windows, Mac and Linux.
