Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Revealed New Gameplay During The Xbox Partner Preview

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers delivered on its promise and made an appearance during the Xbox Partner Preview event, standing out as one of the highlights by giving us a new look at its promising soulslike gameplay.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers New Gameplay

This action-packed soulslike game, developed by Leenzee Games, also made an appearance during the Xbox Summer Showcase earlier this year, reinforcing that Xbox is heavily backing the project despite it being multiplatform.

In this new trailer for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, we witnessed a true showcase of everything the promising title offers: plenty of action, visually impressive combat, soulslike gameplay elements, and of course, imposing bosses.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers takes us to the land of Shu, a world ravaged by plagues and monsters. We assume the role of Wuchang, a young pirate who has no memory of her past and, to make matters worse, has been afflicted by a curse known as โ€œfeathering,โ€ which is slowly consuming her.

Fortunately, this curse also has its advantages, as seen in the new gameplay, where it grants Wuchang special abilities that will be essential for facing the game’s bosses. Notably, this gameplay introduces us to Inspector Ming, a boss eager to add Wuchang to his collection.

As of now, there is no official release date for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, but the trailer confirms that we can expect to enjoy its soulslike action in 2025. As anticipated, the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass on its release day.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will also be launched for PS5 and PC via Steam.
