A 2D action platformer called Vigil: The Longest Night has been announced by Glass Heart Games and publisher Another Indie. Inspired by Salt and Sanctuary and the Castlevania franchise.

Developer Glass Heart Games has announced their upcoming Salt and Sanctuary inspired action platformer Vigil: The Longest Night will be releasing on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC in early 2020. There are also plans to release a Switch version later on.

This title follows an eldritch horror tale, with technical combat accompanied by a compelling narrative. The story follows Leila on her quests to defend her hometown against the infiltrating evil that has cropped up in countryside. Explore the world that combines dreams and reality, accompanied by a sanity meter. There are also plenty of secrets to uncover and nightmarish creatures to defeat.
