Atlus and Vanillaware have revealed new information about their upcoming tactical RPG Unicorn Overlord.

Unicorn Overlord Gets New Details on the Tactical RPG

Studio Vanillaware who behind such titles as 13 Sentinels, Dragon’s Crown and Odin Sphere, have shared details on their next game Unicorn Overlord. The fantasy RPG was revealed in September, and it will launch on March 8th.

Unicorn Overlord has new information, showing that the game will have more than 60 characters to recruit and a dynamic world to explore between the main story battles. Players will get to explore the overworld, tackle quests and events. Expect plenty of enemies, people to liberate and rebuild the settlements you’ve freed.

You’ll be leading your army across a world map, conquering lands, and getting rewards as you progress. You’ll also level up your best fighters. There’s also a chance to play an ore-mining minigame, too. The story is set on the fictional continent of Fevrith, made up of Cornia, Drakenhold, Elheim, Bastorias, and Albion. Now the reborn Zenoiran Empire is being led by Galerius, who has somehow come back to life.

In case you missed it, Unicorn Overlord is a tactical RPG which will pits players against villains using an innovative battle system. Improving your renown among the five nations and ultimately liberating your kingdom.

Unicorn Overlord is expected to be released on March 8th 2024 for Playstation Switch and Xbox.
