Torchlight 3 Developers Reveal New Customisable Player Fortresses
Developer behind upcoming sequel Torchlight 3 Echtra Games reveals they are adding new customisable player fortresses. Each player gets their own unlockable fortress which they will gain fairly early in the game, letting players build with a number of customisable features. These can be earned through completing quests and progressing through contract tiers. You will also be able to visit other player’s forts and let other players use yours.
Fortresses have also been announced by Echtra to be account-wide, meaning you won’t have to have a separate one for each character. You can make your fortress your own with craftable objects that can be placed anywhere on your plot of land.
Recently the developer also revealed a new hero class Sharpshooter, which introduces a class with precision skills and ranged weapon.
? Forts are your personal mark on the world of #TorchlightIII. Plant a lush garden, make a monument to your success, or memorials to the thousands of Goblins that stood in your way.
