Earlier this year we heard that the studio Panic Button Games as well as Runic Games, and publisher Perfect World Entertainment would be bringing the action-RPG Torchlight II to consoles this year. They announced that it will be arriving this September.
Torchlight II Releases on Consoles September 3rd
The isometric action-RPG with dungeon crawler elements Torchlight 2 is coming to Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 3rd. Bringing a fast-paced world full of monsters, treasures and secrets to unlock. The title is available to adventure through solo or with some friends online with up to 4 players total.

Play co‐op with up to 4 players online. Experiment with hero synergies and take on the fiercest opponents together, for the world’s most awesome loot. - Customizable Characters
Create and customize a character from one of four distinct classes. Each class can be played as either male or female with customized features. Robust skillsets and equipment variety provide tons of opportunity for unique character builds. - Open, Dynamic World
Explore vast overland areas and multiple hub towns. Fight through rain and snow, day and night. Level randomization ensures fresh new layouts, paths, loot, and monsters every time you play. - Pets and Fishing
Empower your pet with special transforming consumables. Pets can fight by your side or sell loot while you’re out adventuring. - New Game Plus
Once you’ve completed Torchlight II’s primary campaign, you can start again with the same character for a significantly greater challenge. You’ll keep all of the skills, gold, and gear you worked so hard for.
Pre-Orders
Those who pre-order on all platforms will receive an exclusive pet Yapper. Those on Playstation 4 can gain a Faerie with their pre-orders and Xbox One players will gain a Molten Imp. Switch pre-order bonus to be announced.
Torchlight II is available for pre-order for Playstation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch for $19.99 and will launch on September 3rd.

Cool. I never beat it on PC.
I got pretty far and abandoned it for something else. Fun game though. Classes are limited worse than D3 IMO. I prefer the Grim Dawn or PoE style but the classes available are at least somewhat unique.
So that’s a saving grace where that’s concerned.
Hopefully the price isn’t over 40$. I think 30$ would be more fair.
