The Witcher 4 continues revealing exciting information for fans. A Star Wars voice actor has accidentally leaked the name of his character in the new game of the saga developed by CD Projekt.

The Witcher 4 Second Character Was Leaked

The Witcher 4 is one of the most anticipated games for the future. There’s still a long way to go before CD Projekt releases this major new project, but little by little, some details are emerging about what could be an enormous installment.

After the success of The Witcher 3 and the redemption of Cyberpunk 2077, the Polish studio wants to take things slowly, and information about this project, known as Polaris, has been scarce so far. Yet, leaks seem to be unstoppable.

Indeed, the first new character in The Witcher 4 appears to have been unintentionally revealed by the actor who brings him to life. It’s just a small detail, but it shows that the game is still underway and progressing in its development.

The First Original Character Has a Name

Reddit user KekanKok discovered that actor Jake Lampert’s profile on Spotlight, a UK casting website, now includes a reference to a role in The Witcher 4. The character’s name was also listed: Branko.

We don’t know anything else about the character, but his name seems to fit well with the saga’s established aesthetic and its references to Polish and Eastern European culture.

That’s something we can’t know yet. The possibilities range from a simple NPC in a remote village to a main character closely connected with the protagonists. Everything remains to be seen for Branko…

What we do know is that he’s the second character confirmed for The Witcher 4 and the first truly new character since Geralt of Rivia. Speaking of Geralt and voice actors, there was some recent news on this front.

Geralt’s voice actor knows very little about the story The Witcher 4 will tell, but he shared what he would like to see in the new game. Let’s remember that the charismatic Doug Cockle will return in this new installment.

However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that Geralt of Rivia will be the protagonist in The Witcher 4. Many questions remain about this eagerly awaited new entry in the series.
