The Week in Wikis: The Wiki Force is Strong

It’s time for another weekly recap of all the comings and goings across the Fextralife Wiki Network:

Dark Souls

  • The Collector’s Edition is now available for pre-order. That day is soon arriving! If you’re after the different special editions, act fast, because pre-orders are selling out in some cases.
  • Don’t forget about Dark Souls 2 in all the hype! The wiki continues to get great refinements from the community!
  • The new Link the Fire video is up, the spotlight this time is on Kahmul78 and Terramantis:

Fallout 4

  • The story and its different endings are still hot topics for gamers. What faction have you chosen to see through to the end?
  • The voice acting is still a controversial topic, and Forum Pirate took a long look at how it was implemented.

Destiny

  • Destiny’s mysterious Xur is peddling his exotic wares this weekend next to the Crucible Quartermaster in the Tower.
  • The Iron Banner is back again on December 29th right after Sparrow racing is done.
  • Destiny is now offering a paid level boost, to take new players to level 25 right away. The cost? 30 USD.
  • Players were given an opportunity to earn some unique emblems from taking down some of the Bungie staff in some multiplayer action.

  • Now this isn’t gaming news, but we’d be remiss to omit mentioning the release of the new Star Wars movie this week! The anticipation has been building for years now, and no doubt many of us will be checking this out over the weekend. May the force be with you all as you head out to your local theaters!
  • Overwatch is getting the Wiki treatment! Check out Blizzard’s new FPS MOBA. If you dig it, give Battleborn a look as well!

  • Sword Coast Legends free Steam weekend is in full swing.
  • Playstation VR is getting more and more press and attention as the hardware nears release. Are there any games you want to see get the VR treatment?
