Dark Souls 3
- Content creators: Don’t forget to enter the Dark Souls 3Â trailer contest. Details on how to enter can be found here. Get them in before the January 26th deadline rolls around. There are statues to be won here folks. Alienate your family members by populating your home with some totally not tacky loot.
- Should we start a countdown? Sure, let’s start a countdown. Dark Souls 3 is 93 days away! That’s less than 100!
Destiny
- The promised New Year’s gifts of Motes of Light and Strange Coins arrived today. Check your postmaster!
- Don’t forget to log in and record a playable activity before January 10th to receive an exclusive emblem.
 
Dragon’s Dogma
- The PC Port of Dragon’s Dogma is out next week? Are you ready? We are!
- The game’s developers at Capcom have suggested that if port performs well, a sequel could be in the cards!
- The Pre-Order bonuses for PC are pretty sweet, check out the digital art book and soundtrack:
XCOM 2
- Preview embargos were lifted and we got to see some gameplay of XCOM 2 and it looks great!
- Revealed this week was the 5th soldier class, the Psi Operative.
Sword Coast Legends
- Sword Coast Legends revealed some screenshots for the upcoming Rage of Demons expansion!
- In the same update, they explained that the anticipated Community Pack 3 will be put on hold while they work on Rage of Demons.
 The Division
- If you want access to The Division beta and 10 Tom Clancy games for only 10$, check out the Weekly Humble Bundle!
Gaming General
- We’ve got a release date for when the Final Fantasy XV release date will be announced. March. No exact date. Can’t make this up.
- The Playstation Network was down for a day this week. No word on casualties as a result but all is now well. Sony has offered some extended subscription terms to Plus members to make up for the cataclysmic down day of solo gaming that people had to suffer through.
- Sony has reported very strong PS4 sales to date, with Xbox One and Steam also reporting solid holiday sales. It’s a good time to be a gamer!
