It’s Halloween season and the fall video game season is also in full swing. In case you’ve missed any of the notable comings and goings around the games we cover, here are highlights for the week around the site.
Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition
- The  Enhanced Edition released this week for all platforms, giving console owners a chance to experience the critically acclaimed RPG for the first time. Of course we were prepared with a Divinity Wiki to help wayward travelers find their way!
- Cas and Fex have been making their way through the masochistic Honor Mode and streaming it live for all to see. Take a look at the gameplay from Part 1 of the series here:
Destiny
- Destiny as always is a busy hive of activity with the seasonal themed Festival of the Lost debuting. Players were given the chance to do some trick or treating, earn new gear and some limited time collectibles. Trials of Osiris launch
- The long awaited reboot of Trials of Osiris came on Friday, with players once again given the chance to take their fireteams in for glory.
- Xur is around this weekend stationed by the Crucible Quartermaster, peddling his wares in his usual creepy fashion.
Witcher 3
- The Witcher 3 cleaned up at the Golden Joysticks awards, taking home 5 awards, including the penultimate Game of the Year Award.
Bloodborne
- Also a winner of 2 awards, at the Golden Joysticks, Bloodborne continued it’s march of reknown making it a contender for game of the year in its own right.
Battleborn
- Battleborn entered a closed technical test to gauge gameplay balance and server load.
- We’ve been hard at work on the Battleborn Wiki, making sure that players have all the info they need when choosing their Heroes.
Fallout 4
- The Fallout 4 hype train is at full steam, with players less than 2 weeks away from getting their hands on the game.
- Our Fallout 4 contest is also in full swing and will run until November 9th. Enter for a chance to win a PS4, Xbox One or copies of the game! Go to the Fallout 4 wiki homepage to enter, the more phases you complete the more chances you get to win!
Sword Coast Legends
- Sword Coast Legends developer n-Space delivered a State of the Game post which we covered, promising continued revisions and free DLC.
- As for the game itself, we’ve had a chance to play it and stream it and our review is up. Give it a read if you’re thinking about picking this up.
- Liar’s Night Patch released on Friday with some gameplay tweaks and new content. Check the DLCÂ page for a full rundown of what’s new.
