The Legend of Zelda special edition added to Nintendo Switch Online NES

The number of NES games are growing since the launch of Nintendo Switch Online, a subscription service to play online for the Switch. Nintendo announce that they are adding a special edition The Legend of Zelda: Living the Life of Luxury.

Previously Nintendo announced that NES Open Tournament Gold, Solomon’s Key and Super Dodge Ball would also arriving on the Switch as part of the online subscription service NES app which went live last month with 21 games.

The special edition The Legend of Zelda: Living the Life of Luxury will give newer players an easier experience with giving some starter money and other item perks.

Nintendo release an official description of the special edition:

In this souped-up version of The Legend of Zelda, you’ll start with a ton of rupees and items! You’ll begin with all equipment, including your White Sword, the Magical Shield, the Blue Ring, and even the Power Bracelet. But if Ganon’s still giving you a hard time, the power of money will overcome! Just buy yourself some more items and give it another try! Beating the game once grants you access to a more difficult version of the game called Second Quest.

The Legend of Zelda: Living the Life of Luxury is already available to play on Nintendo Switch, players will need to have an online subscription in order to access the NES emulator.
