Square Enix announced that Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will launch on PS5. Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store on March 18th 2022.

At the Tokyo Game Show 2021 publisher Square Enix and developer Team Ninja unveiled the release date for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin which is set to launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store on March 18th 2022.  A second trial version of the game is now available for a limited time on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S until October 11th.

The second trial version includes the contents of the first limited trial released earlier this year in June 2021, and includes a new playable area plus multiplayer function.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Pre-Orders

Digital pre-orders are now available for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. PS5 and Xbox Series both are cross-buy meaning include both PS5 and PS5 versions, and Xbox Series has Xbox One version.

Pre-purchase bonuses include 24-hour early access from  12:00 a.m. on March 17, as well as the Braveheart weapon and Lustrous Shield.

Those who purchase before 11:59 p.m. on April 18, 2022 will gain the Rebellion weapon as part of the early-purchase bonus.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy follows a group of adventurers who are on a mission to “kill Chaos”. Jack, together with his allies Ash and Jed quest to defeat Chaos in order to open the gates to the Chaos Shrine. However not everything is smooth sailing as there are “doubts” as to whether these heroes are the Warrior of the Light, which apparently is important to a prophecy.

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin will release on Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC in March 18th 2022.
