Square Enix and Platinum Games have released a host of new screenshots for their upcoming Action RPG, Nier: Automata. The sequel to 2010’s Nier will release in Japan on February 23rd, 2017 for the PS4. A western release for PS4 and PC will come after. Check out the gallery:
The game’s striking and distinctive art style is in full display in these streams, as they show the game’s main playable characters and their support PODs in full action across the game’s post apocalyptic landscape.
We recently got a look at 30 minutes of gameplay as well as the Japanese box art, and can anticipate much more in the next few months. Keep checking back for more!

Anime-styled girls, mechs, robots, i’m betting a really good soundtrack for both fight and non-fight sequences alike.
