Sony releases a new video talking about what went into Ghost of Tsushima. The video shares the intent they had and the research that went into making this game “transportive” as possible.
Sony Developer Releases Making of Ghost of Tsushima in New Featured Video
The video features Creative Director Nate Fox as he explains the amount of effort put into this game. From speaking with experts who know about the life of the Samurai in that period, to dialogue experts and even to those who know about the religion of that era. While Fox explains the game is not meant to mirror history but is inspired by it. The team even visited Tsushima island twice to get a real grasp of the area.

Release window for Ghost of Tsushima has yet to be shared but was revealed at this year’s E3 2018. The Sucker Punch samurai action-adventure game is set to release on the PS4 plaform.
