Sea of Stars Gameplay Clip Shows Third Party Member

Sea of Stars the crowdfunded RPG by developer Sabotage Studio has released a new clip, previewing a peek at some gameplay. In the latest clip, it shows off what a third party member looks like in the overworld.

Sea of Stars is an RPG inspired by classic titles which took to Kickstarter in order to fund the project, surpassing its original CA$133,000 and gaining a massive CA$1,628,126 in pledges, securing further stretch goals. Set to have turn-based combat, an engaging world to explore through swimming, climbing, vaulting and more. Not just the freedom to explore but will also have a story rich narrative.

The latest clip shows the party of 3 traversing the different regions, including what looks to be a shallow river, and waterfall, as well as engaging with an enemy fish. The title although inspired by retro titles looks to have some very modern systems as players approach combat head-on without random encounters and no transitions between the world and the battlefield.

Sea of Stars releases in the Holiday Season of 2022, but no specific date has been given. It will be available on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
