During Sony’s State of Play, Resident Evil 3 remake gets confirmed, revealing the release for April 2020.

Resident Evil 3 Announced; Comes with Residence Evil Resistance

A Resident Evil 3 trailer was released during State of Play confirming the leaks earlier this month. The trailer shows off the remake including first person chase scenes through fire and a overrun Raccoon city full of flesh eating zombies. The title will be coming Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC on April 3rd 2020.

Just like the Resident Evil 2 remake, Resident Evil 3 will have a graphic overhaul and gameplay. The first title Resident Evil 3: Nemesis was released for the first Playstation, which placed players in the role of Jill Valentine, who is trying escape the clutches of the zombie epidemic and much larger creature called Nemesis. Much like the terrifying Mr.X in RE2, Nemesis will be part of the RE3 remake. 

The trailer also includes details of what comes with the game, the previously announced online co-op game Project Resistance now called Resident Evil Resistance is included with RE3. There is also a bonus Classic Costume pack for those who pre-order.
