Path of Exile 2 is finally launching next month. Specifically, the highly anticipated sequel to this action RPG will be available starting December 6 on PC, PS5, and Xbox One.
The sequel to this acclaimed action RPG will initially launch as a paid Early Access title before transitioning to a free-to-play model.
Early Access Pricing
Before its full transition to a free-to-play model, the game will first be available as paid Early Access, a common approach for projects of this kind. Now, Grinding Gear Games has confirmed how much it will cost to get a key to start playing on December 6.
According to the company, the cheapest Early Access pack will cost $30, though details about what each pack will include are not yet known.
Itโs also worth noting that, while Path of Exile 2 will be a standalone game separate from its predecessor, all cosmetic items and currencies from the first installment will carry over to the sequel.
On November 21, the company will host a special livestream to share all the details about this Early Access phase. So far, we know that players will be able to experience the first three acts of the game and an updated version of the Path of Exile 1 endgame maps.
