It’s time once again, to delve into the Ancient Forest and the Wildspire Waste of Monster Hunter: World. As Capcom’s second round of Beta for the game is NOW LIVE. And best of all, it is no longer barred behind a PS Plus subscription and is open for all PlayStation 4 owners to join in on the hunt.
Monster Hunter: World – Open Beta LIVE!
Previously, Monster Hunter: World‘s producer unveiled the game’s campaign length.
The contents of this new Beta is essentially the same, featuring three quests across the aforementioned locations and with three monsters of varying difficulties to hunt, including:
- Great Jagras (Easy)
- Barroth (Medium)
- Anjanath (Hard)
Players will also be provided a large arsenal of weapons and armor to equip themselves with, in addition to consumables, such as potions, supplied to them.
Those new to the Beta will have to spare 5.9GB of free storage space on their console, while previous participants can simply reuse the original game client. Furthermore, you can check out the complete starting and end times for the Monster Hunter: World Open Beta, down below.

Monster Hunter: World was officially announced, with pre-order details, to launch worldwide for PS4 and Xbox One on January 26th, 2018, with a PC release following sometime later.
