Every Thursday at 8 pm Eastern Standard Time, Capcom rotates the Event Quests for Monster Hunter World players. Weekly event quests can offer players new armor pieces, increase drop percentages for items, increase hunter rank experience, and other various benefits. So lets investigate the upcoming events for this week and what they provide for hunters.

MHW Events for June 1st – June 7th

“Flesh Cleaved To The Bone“

• 5 ★ located in the Special Arena
• Players must be HR 8 or higher
• Players must hunt an Odogaron and a Radobaan.

“Triple Threat Showdown“

• 6 ★ located in the Special Arena
• Players must be HR 13 or higher
• Players must hunt a Dodogama, a Great Jargas, and a Great Girros.
• Event provides several decorations upon completion. (Good for low rank or as melding fodder)

“Snow & Cherry Blossoms“

• 9 ★ located in the Coral Highlands
• Players must be HR 30 or higher
• Player must hunt a tempered Legiana and tempered Pink Rathian
• Event provides about 75% of an experience bar.

“Tracking The Delivery“

• 9 ★ located in the Elder Recess
• Players must be HR 50 or higher
• Deliver 10 Blue Beryl
• Players will be able to find ample Elder Dragon Tracks.

“The Throne Taker”

• 9 ★ located in the Elder Recess
• Players must be HR 50 or higher
• Players will have to slay a Nergigante, a Lunastra, and a Teostra.

Challenge Quests

All of the following will be found in the Gathering Hub at the Arena Counter under Challenges.

“Empress in Full Bloom I” 

• 7 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 12 or higher
• Player must slay a Pink Rathian.
• Players will obtain “SFV II” which is used to forge the Sakura α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Longsword
  • Lance
  • Charge Blade
  • Insect Glaive
  • Light Bowgun

“Empress in Full Bloom II” 

• 7 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 12 or higher
• Player must slay a Pink Rathian.
• Players will obtain “SFV II” which is used to forge the Sakura α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Great Sword
  • Sword and Shield
  • Gun Lance
  • Switch Axe
  • Bow

“Empress in Full Bloom III” 

• 7 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 12 or higher
• Player must slay a Pink Rathian.
• Players will obtain “SFV II” which is used to forge the Sakura α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Sword and Shield
  • Dual Blades
  • Hammer
  • Hunting Horn
  • Heavy Bowgun

“The Awakened Satsui No Hado I” 

• 8 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 13 or higher
• Player must slay a Nergigante.
• Players will obtain “SFV III” from the above missions which is used to forge the Ryu α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Great Sword
  • Longsword
  • Lance
  • Hunting Horn
  • Heavy Bowgun

“The Awakened Satsui No Hado II” 

• 8 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 13 or higher
• Player must slay a Nergigante.
• Players will obtain “SFV III” from the above missions which is used to forge the Ryu α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Sword and Shield
  • Hammer
  • Switch Axe
  • Charge Blade
  • Light Bowgun

“The Awakened Satsui No Hado III” 

• 8 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 13 or higher
• Player must slay a Nergigante.
• Players will obtain “SFV III” from the above missions which is used to forge the Ryu α Full Armor Set.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Great Sword
  • Dual Blades
  • Gun Lance
  • Insect Glaive
  • Bow

“Nergigante Slay Event 1”

• 8 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 16 or higher
• Players must slay a Nergigante.
• This event lasts from March 22nd to May 10th
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Longsword
  • Hammer
  • Gun Lance
  • Switch Axe
  • Bow

“Gale and Fangs Slay Event 3”

• 7 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 16 or higher
• Players must slay a Legiana and an Odogaron.
• This event lasts from April 25th at 8pm EDT to June 6th at 7:59 pm EDT
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Great Sword
  • Lance
  • Switch Axe
  • Charge Blade
  • Light Bowgun

“Nergigante Slay Event 4”

• 8 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 16 or higher
• Players must slay a Nergigante.
• This event lasts from May 1st to June 14th
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Sword and Shield
  • Dual Blades
  • Lance
  • Switch Axe
  • Light Bowgun

“Challenge Quest 2: Beginner”

• 4 ★ located in the Arena
• Players must be HR 5 or higher
• Players must hunt Paolumu and a Tobi-Kadachi
• This event last until March 29th.
• Players will have the following weapon choices:
  • Dual Blades
  • Hunting Horn
  • Switch Axe
  • Insect Glaive
  • Bow

Limited Bounties

• Hunt 3 Brute Wyvern
  • 300 Research Points
  • 5 Armor Spheres
• Complete 4 High Rank quests in Rotten Vale
  • 500 Research Points
  • 3 Advanced Armor Sphere
  • 1 Silver Wyverian Print
• Slay 4 Lunastra
  • 600 Research Points
  • 4 Hard Armor Sphere
  • 1 Silver Wyverian Print
• Complete all bounties
  • 550 Research Points
  • 1 Gold Wyverian Print
  • 1 Silver Egg

The best ways to finish all bounties quickly is to:

• Complete investigation in Rotten Vale while hunting brute wyverns.
• Slay 4 Lunastra. (Repelling Lunastra do not count)
