Capcom have unveiled the first footage to be shown for upcoming Monster Hunter Rise on PC which will be launching on January 12th 2022.

Capcom announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2021 that Monster Hunter Rise would be releasing on PC on January 12th 2022. Along with the announcement they revealed the debut trailer and IGN Japan released a 9 minute long video previewing gameplay running on PC. A Monster Hunter Rise demo will be coming to Steam on October 13th 2021.

Confirmed features of Monster Hunter Rise include 4K support, High-Res Textures, Uncapped Framerates, 21:9 Ultrawide Support, and HDR display support according to the Steam page.

Monster Hunter Rise Demo

The Monster Hunter Rise Demo will be available on Steam on October 13th and those who take part will be able to gain an Item Pack bonus redeemable in the full game. This includes 20 x Mega Potions, 5 x Pitfall Traps, 10 x Energy Drinks, 5 x Mega Demondrug, and 5 x Mega Armorskins.

Monster Hunter Rise PC Pre-Orders

The pre-orders are now available on Steam for Monster Hunter Rise. The standard edition will set you back $59.99 and pre-ordering will gain you a Novice Talisman, Palamute and Palico armor. The pre-purchase bonus is available until 4:59 p.m. UTC on January 12, 2022.

Monster Hunter Rise PC Deluxe Edition – $70.48

Available for about $70 is the deluxe edition which includes the pre-order bonus above plus unique hunter layered armor, palamute layered armor, and palico layered armor. There are also 4 gestures (jumps), Samurai post set, Kabuki face paint and Izuchi Tail hairstyle.

Previously Capcom announced the first expansion coming Monster Hunter Rise called Sunbreak will be releasing in Summer 2021 simultaneously on both Switch and PC.

Monster Hunter Rise is currently available on Nintendo Switch and will be releasing on PC on January 12th 2022.
