Capcom’s Mega Man 11 is part of the 30 years anniversary celebration and is being directed by Koji Oda and produced by Kazuhiro Tsuchiya. Mega Man 11 adds the Speed and Power Gear while keeping the original style of Mega Man most of us have grown up with. Mega Man 11 is an action-platformer which is split into 9 stages, 8 main stages and then the final stage. Any of the 8 main stages can be done in any order you choose. Below is a guide for Fuse Man stage and boss. I will explain how to defeat each enemy and boss in this step-by-step guide.
Mega Man 11: Fuse Man Stage & Boss Guide
When starting the level head right and take out the 4 electric field enemies. Watch out for the bat that slowly flaps your way and the yellow glowing areas on the floor. After him there will be 2 more electric field enemies.
There will be 3 electric field enemies and several laser beams shooting from the top down. Simply follow it on its path to avoid it whilst avoiding several more electric field enemies.
Take out 1 bat and 1 drone enemy before starting to follow the laser beams path. There will be several electric field enemies to dispatch as players travel and make sure to obtain the gear item. When players reach the 4 way laser beam either slow down time or wait until the beams dissipate.
Avoid being shot by the cannons dual bursts, as players traverse this area. There will be 1 electric field enemy, 2 metal visor-ed enemies and 2 drone enemies. Avoid touching the yellow coils at the bottom of the pits. Descend on the ladder to reach the next area.
In this area avoid the multiple stationary laser beams; using speed gear would be a good idea, otherwise the lasers fire in intervals of 3. Take out the 1 drone enemies when it spawns when players are midway done. Walk through until the next segment.
Destroy the metal visor-ed enemy and avoid the moving laser beams. Take out the 2 electric field enemies and make your way through more laser beams. Ascend the ladder and take out the numerous electric field enemies as you progress through the level. When you land on the floor be wary of the spikey discs, as their speed will greatly increase. For the rest of the area, avoid the laser beams.
Descend the ladder, destroy the metal visor-ed enemy, and avoid the cannon dual shots. Players will meet a large fuse-like enemy with sunglasses. Avoid the laser beams and aim your shots at enemy’s sunglasses. The foe will periodically shoot out floating mines that players must destroy. Defeating him grants access to the next area.
Players should jump onto the high platform that contains a medium health item, a medium Rush gauge item, and a screw item. Then drop down to head to the next area. Move quickly using the speed gear to avoid getting caught by the laser beam. Take out the 2 bat enemies that lie in wait. Descend the ladder and hop over the pits while destroying several bat enemies. Proceed through all the laser beams while taking out any bat or electric field enemy. Descend the ladder where you meet numerous electric field enemies, after getting rid of them move to the next area.
Players will see a large bulky enemy who’s main moves include jumping up and crushing players on the way down. From time to time a punching glove from the abdomen will appear. Avoid his main moves to destroy him and then ascend the ladders in peace.
Avoid the laser filled room while evading/destroying the electric field enemies that plague you. Pick up the screw item midway in the level. Then obtain the E-tank and medium health item while escaping the drone enemy. Avoid the laser beams while you jump on the platforms to reach Fuse Man.
Fuse Man Boss Guide
There will be 2 electric balls rotating around the stage while Fuse Man teleports in a linear path to then shoot you with an electric blast. Use the speed gear to slow things down if things start to get hectic. When Fuse Man’s health drops to about 50%, he will speed up even more. He will climb to an apex then come crashing down causing a slight AOE at the bottom. After a few rounds of those attacks, Fuse Man will change the route of the electric balls and now shoot 2 electric blasts. If Fuse Man starts his apex slam attack, he will be even faster than before, so make sure you don’t overheat your speed gear.
Mega Man 11 is available for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 2nd, 2018.
