Mass Effect: Andromeda Initiative Video Gives Recruits Some Weapons Training, PC Specs Revealed

The Mass Effect: Andromeda supplementary program the Andromeda Initiative has released a new video today on covering weapons training. The program is a series of videos fans can watch as they release to unlock in game goods and potential beta access. You can register for the trainings here. Otherwise, watch on:

The video gives a brief overview of the 5 weapon types in the game: pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles and melee weapons. It shows each in quick action and then goes on to talk a little about biotic skills and mobility.

Thoughts on how combat is looking in Mass Effect: Andromeda? It’s definitely undergoing changes from the first trilogy with the jetpack, new cover system and profiles. Mass Effect: Andromeda releases March 21st for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

  1. I actually think I’m liking it more. The original combat was very stiff, this seems to be getting closer to he fluid shoot-run-dodge-grenade! of Uncharted (which I love)
