This one, in true Gamer style and like all of my other recipes are mainly eyeballed with my ingredients so bear with me and probably half the recipe if you don’t have 8 peple to feed.

Delicious Italian style meatballs! Meatballs the Gamer way!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds gound beef I use 80/20 but you can use what you'd like.
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground veil
- 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Italian style works best, just add parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic powder and black pepper to some unseasoned breadcrumbs until they have a good color.
- 1 dollop Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 container Tomato Sauce (This pairs extremely well with my Tomato Pesto sauce)
Instructions
- Before you begin making your meatballs, heat up your tomato sauce on low heat in a deep pan on your stove top (preferably the Tomato Pesto Sauce)
- In a large bowl, mix together you ground meats. Add breadcrumbs, salt, parmesian cheese and mix well.
- Add sauce and mix well.
- Ball up mixture and set aside on a large tray.
- Heat up a large pan or griddle to high heat. DO NOT OIL.
- Drop your meatballs in and allow 1-2 minutes on each side or until browned well. Remove from the pan and drain off any excess liquids.
- Turn the heat on your sauce up to medium and place your meatballs into the sauce. Allow an hour or so for cooking.
Holy hell, that looks awesome!
Guys, wanna know a secret?
In Italy we don’t eat those.
”Pasta with meatballs” isn’t a recipe, here. It’s something born in the US.
Here in Italy we eat ”Pasta col ragù”, which is basically minced meat mixed with tomato sauce, but…no meatballs anywhere.
Now we need that recipe Pierre! š
Ahahahah, it’s really easy. It’s the same as cooking pasta, but instead of cooking those…”meatball” thingies, you cook a mix of minced meat and tomato sauce…
In my neck of the woods we lazy that recipe up a great deal. Brown some ground beef with a few spices, drain the grease and add to the sauce. Done.
Haha, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you western New York.
Sigh.
I wanna go to NY.
Well you could have a pretty inexpensive vacation around where I live in New York. But instead of skyscrapers, broadway and hustle/bustle my NY is more trees, cows and snow. We have some absolutely beautiful parks and wilderness so it’s a goo choice to come a little west if you’re into that. Also, fun fact: I’ve never been to NY City.
Possibly even a “good” choice. We do have goo on occasion I suppose
Well, tell you what Skare, I’m more into those things, rather than metropolis and the like…after all, isn’t Italy like that as well? š
Then come on over! I should write I “this is where I live article.” That’ll show ’em. That’ll show everyone! Where I live
Haha. Do it. In all seriousness we need more content for the Travels section, so a “Where I Live” series would be a pretty solid addition. Given how global this site is, it’d stand to be a really interesting read.
Just made a small album of pictures. Consider it written. When I get to it
Awesome! I’m looking forward to seeing the article!
