A16-bit style RPG is coming to the Nintendo Switch. Hazelnut Bastille was developed by Love With Aloft Studios. It looks a lot like something you’d find on the SNES but may still be a decent RPG.
Hazelnut Bastille by Love With Aloft Studios is coming to Nintendo Switch
Hazelnut Bastille is an RPG that channels back to the classic days of role-playing adventures on the Super Nintendo. It will also be released on PC. The music should be decent at least, as it’s done by classic Secret of Mana composer Hiroki Kikuta. Here’s what he had to say about this game:
“Hazelnut Bastille is a wonderful looking retro-style game! I’m looking forward to being a part of it and hope we can create music that lives up to the rest of the game and everyone’s expectations!” – Hiroki Kikuta
Hazelnut Bastille doesn’t currently have a firm release date, but it’s expected to be released later this year. Check out this gameplay footage video. The footage is taken from the alpha demo of the game.
