Publisher Akupara Game and Developer Clover Bite has announced the metroidvania Action-RPG Grime is heading to Switch.

The metroidvania souls-like Action-RPG Grime which was originally released on PC and Stadia on August 2nd this year is now heading to Switch in summer 2022.

In case you missed it, Grime invites players to an unforgivable world where defeating your foes with a living weapon will grant new mutations. The game is done in a surrealist art style, with many gruesome enemies to encounter. Grime has a challenging combat system that is all about timing, dodging and parrying at the right moments. Influenced by souls-like combat mechanics and Metroidvania world design. Grime is also as its name suggests, a dark, and bizarre fantasy world, full of strange-looking creatures and weapons mutations such as the humanoid black hole, capable of absorbing enemies it comes in contact with. It also gives players a useful took that helps them traverse the world.

Grime is available to play PC via Steam. GOG and Epic Games Store. It will be making its way to Switch in summer 2022.
