Gearbox Publishing and Counterplay Games have unleashed a new teaser trailer featuring the Vertigo Valor Plate.

Godfall Gets New Teaser Trailer Featuring Vertigo Valor Plate

In the latest teaser trailer for upcoming looter/slasher Godfall coming to PS5 and PC this month, we get a closer look at the Vertigo Valorplate. Godfall has a number of Valorplates that act like classes, each with their own specific stats, passive buff and Archon Ability. Vertigo looks to be inspired by a bug-like concept, appearing as a moth with it’s furry helm and has giant glowing blue insect eyes. The armor is complete with wings, ready to take new heights.

Each Valorplate is a full set that are based on the Godfall’s own Zodiac system. There are 12 Valorplates planned, which can be unlocked by earned through game, unlocking augments and further customisations instead of individual pieces of gear.

Previously Godfall was confirmed to require a PS Plus subscription in order to play, as it is a multiplayer game but also has singe-player. However, it won’t have an offline mode, same goes for PC.

Last month Godfall was confirmed as a PS5 launch title, releasing on November 12th. It’s described as a looter-slasher, concentrating on up close melee combat, where you can join up to a team of 3 players. There are five  weapon classes Longswords, Dual Blades, Polearms, Warhammers, and Greatswords.

Godfall releases on PS5 and PC via the Epic Games Store on November 12th 2020.
