Welcome to our God of War (PS4 – 2018) 100 % Strategy Guide! This page acts as a hub to walk you through a list of useful articles to guarantee you don’t miss a thing in Sony Santa Monica’s new Game
His vengeance against the Gods of Olympus years behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the realm of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive…And teach his son to do the same. This startling reimagining of God of War deconstructs the core elements that defined the series—satisfying combat; breathtaking scale; and a powerful narrative—and fuses them anew.
Living as a man outside the shadow of the gods, Kratos must adapt to the unfamiliar Norse lands, unexpected threats, and a second chance at being a father.

True; varied attacks are included, but all coming at very, very fast speeds. Now, I do not play the game myself, so this is based solely on observation, but while it may be a variety of fast clicking, it still is what appears to be required for each combat.
Another day, ANOTHER EFFING PATCH. STOP IT!!!!
And, an even harder bell ringing chest that I had to give up for now. Eff whoever came up with that repetitive element.
Elhanen, the new GoW is not a hackenslash. This is my first GoW because I hate hackenslash and the previous games all appeared to just be that. I don’t play any of those repetitive button mashers like fighting games either, and I assume 90% of Bandai games. The combat gameplay is great in new GoW, all kinds of different moves, including an awesome shield parry, plus you have a fighting companion and you can unlock summoned creatures to help.
The Horn of blood mead in Helheim is missable. I noticed the guide said everything is collectible but I had to reload an old save and go through about an hour and a half of story for that achievement. not sure if it will be patched in but you may want to update the start of the guide where it says nothing is missable.
Based on what I have seen in other GoW games, somewhere it should read; “Click very fast here!”. For me, it is a shame that the solid story of this game is slapped in the middle of a Hack & Slash sandwich. And it also is a series that strongly indicates that cut-scenes do not a RPG make.
Ok, WTF Sony Santa Monica?!!!! There is literally a new patch every day. Every day I try to play but I have to wait for a new big patch. Why? There is nothing that needs patching.
The only thing that should be fixed is the stupid Nonir chests that require hitting 3 bells within 7 seconds from irregular distances. I barely started the game but have had to do this over and over and over. So far, at least 10 chests like this. Total lack of creativity. Cheap gimmick that is ruining the game. Once was enough. 50 times is a crime.
Rubhen has been writing the guides, he’s focusing on collectibles at the moment and will be making some videos to help with puzzles and such. This page is a hub to link to the guides as they are available
Huh, game just dropped couple days ago. How much data can you possibly have? I’m playing since I’m a sucker for PS4 exclusives and even on easy peasy mode I’m getting butt kicked.
I’ll check your guides after a few days.
