Ghost of Tsushima New Release Date Revealed
On the Playstation Blog today, Sony and developer Sucker Punch Productions have pinned down a new release date for Ghost of Tsushima, which will be launching on PS4 on July 17th 2020. This is a month later than the originally announced launch date which was set for June 26.
The open-world samurai tale focuses on action-adventure, set in Japan in 1274, following the Mongol invasion. The story follows the feuding sides as warfare, chaos and violent change ensues. Players will follow the protagonist Jin Sakai, a warrior skilled in the art of the samurai in a tale of “revenge, empowerment, and hope”.
This is great news to hear that the game is still on track for this year, even if it’s a month later than schedule. This wasn’t the only announcement Sony made today as The Last of Us Part II also got a new release date after being announced it would be delayed.
