Aside from recognizing games and their talent with rewards, The Game Awards show is also one that’s ripe with video game announcements. And this year’s edition is no different, featuring a number of exciting new titles and game updates. You can check them out below.

A Way Out

From the minds behind the adventure game, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons,  comes A Way Out.  A co-op game with a release date slated for Match 23rd, 2018.

Bayonetta

Developer Platinum Games has Bayonetta 3  in the works and it’ll be a Nintendo Switch exclusive with a release date that’s yet to be revealed. Also, the first two Bayonetta  games are coming to the Switch in early 2018.

Death Stranding

Death Stranding  gets a lengthy new trailer and is the much-anticipated PS4 game from Hideo Kojima, the iconic video game developer behind the revered Metal Gear  franchise.

Fade To Silence

Revealed by publisher THQ Nordic, Fade To Silence  is an upcoming survival game where players will fend off eldritch monstrosities in difficult circumstances.

Fortnite

The first-person shooter, tower defense game, Fortnite,  will let players duke it out in an upcoming 50v50 mode for a limited time only.

FromSoftware

GTFO

From the studio behind the Payday  franchise, is the upcoming first-person shooter, GTFO.

In The Valley of Gods

In the Valley of Gods  is an a new single-player game from the makers of the gorgeous Firewatch  adventure title that’s due out in 2019.

Metro: Exodus

The first-person shooter Metro: Exodus,  set in a post-apocalyptic Russia, gets a new story trailer.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds

The massively popular PUBG  game has a new desert map called “Miramar”.

Soulcalibur VI

The Soulcalibur  fighting game series from Bandai Namco, makes a return with Soulcalibur VI.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda: BotW  gets a second expansion dubbed “The Champions’ Ballad”.

Vacation Simulator

An upcoming VR title from studio Owlchemy Labs, Vacation Simulator  is a new game for the PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive systems.

Witchfire

Witchfire  is a new horror themed first-person shooter from the developers of the 2011 Bulletstorm  shooter.

World War Z

The 2013 zombie flick starring Brad Pitt, World War Z,  is getting a video game tie-in with the same name. Pepsi anyone?
