Developer Monolith Productions have released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming action role-playing game, Middle-earth: Shadow of War.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War Launches Early Next Month!

In this new teaser for a full trailer coming on September 18, we’re treated to a short yet spectacular cinematic footage that showcases a seamless blend of CGI visuals and live-action scenes.

Fortresses will fall. Powers will rise. Your choices  will decide their fate.

It depicts a siege on an enemy orc fortress with drakes raining fire and we see the games main protagonist, Talion fighting the defenders garrisoned inside.

Soon, he is confronted with a difficult decision to make.

Previously, publisher Warner Brothers released a statement in response  to the backlash surrounding the “Forthog Orc-Slayer” character DLC, made to honor late Shadow of War developer, Michael Forgey.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is due out on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC next month on October 10!
