Dancer's armor + Sunless gloves (or other gloves) + Shira's leggings = the only combination of armor that makes the Crown of Dusk look less orrifingly ugly and barely tolerable to the eye.

Killed her with frayed blade +5, just got close and spammed the rapid slash. Wouldn't recommend fighting her from a distance, those lightning arrows hurt alot.
