I think they forgot to put a '+' on the end of the name, when you make this and try to equip it you equip the previous version instead. Doesn't take your materials or zenny.

Fix to the crafting error:
Look at the requirements to make it.
3x Lagombi Frigidclaw
1x Monster essence
2x Lagombi Frigidclaw
the first and third item are the same Fridgidclaw.
I think they meant to update another material instead of the claw.
So right now, you actually need:
5x Lagombi Frigidclaw
1x Monster essence
