Does the mantle take into account your defense stat and other skills (i.e. divine blessing) to determine how much it can take before breaking? If you put defense deco4 and 1 to get the 5%+10 would that extend the duration?

divine blessing work with this mantle really well if you have divine blessing 5 this mantle can tank a ton dmg before it break down.

vitality mantle basically adds 100 health to you so yes it scales to your defense and skills to see how much dmg it takes

This quest isn’t showing up on my optional quests. Is there something I have to do first? My first had it unlocked and i joined and beat it, still no plus mantle.

after you're done with Ice Catch quest. you gonna need to talk to the armor lady to unlock This Here's Big Horn Country! quest

I have the ghillie mantle+. I have completed the quest for the vitality mantle+ but it won't let me upgrade to the vitality mantle+. Any idea how to fix this?
