There are different voice lines for each of the possible weapons you take Nizaar to.
"Sword and Shield? I'd be happy to play the part of raider this time."
"Oh, uh, a greatsword? Not sure I've got the stones to lift it, but I'll try."

It doesn't give a legendary, it give a named rare mace called Borzas Bonecrusher

Not 100% sure, but he might have the same voice actor as Covetous Shen in D3, James Hong.
