50+ uniques later, and level 94.... no raiment :'(

work well with teleport enchantement for combo ! it's insane (used with shoes reducing cooldown dodge)

Ive looted 50+ uniques, have reached level 94, have yet to see this one. Ive completed 20 or so helltides, opened at least 40 chests of mysteries and chestplate chests, ive leveled 7 aspects to 15+ in nightmare dungeons. Not to mention many whisper caches of chaos/chests.... This is about as rare for me as shako.

I did find this in world tier III, despite what the wiki suggests. It was from a greater collection given by the tree of whispers, though, so I don't know if it's more widely available in world tier III or not. After seeing comments like the ones below, however, I count myself as incredibly lucky. Combos insanely well with the Teleport enchantment plus Glinting Arc Lash. Throw in some synergy with Crackling Energy and this becomes a build-enabling piece of gear!

Dropped in a nightmare dungeon in World tier III

Just got one during helltide by killing a tresure gremlin. World tier 3. Lvl 60. I been playing with teleport skill, trying to incorporate into blizzard, ice shard build of my. And now I have that thing... things gonna get tougher. Oh btw, first unique for me. Outside of mother ring.

I had 3 of these by level 70
