He was actually in the third floor in the part where there a few scorpions and tomb warruors , his back is turned so you can easily give a visceral attack

I found out it takes 3 poison knifes to proc slow poison on him , meanwhile my chikage with 46 rapid poison took about 6 to 7 hits to proc , this was done in the isz chalice.

His resistances to poison seem to not change because it also took 3 poison knives to poison him on ihyll and a cursed isz root chalice

So i pumped the poison to 60 and it took 3 hits which means he has more than 120 rapid poison resistance but not 180

In the isz chalice he can be found in the special room of the 3rd layer , then after slaying the scorpion in there turn right and he will be there if you did a rite ( the backbone one I think).

He also will drop 26.000 blood echoes per death without any moon rune

One time in an isz sinister root chalice i found two of these guys with the same weapons . I am pretty sure one dropped a few ( maybe 6) bullets .
