PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYMENT GOES THROUGH! Cards sometimes decline online transactions, so even if you think you subscribed, you were never charged so it wasn't processed.

Same here. Payment has gone through and I show as VIP but can't use map tracking yet.

Hello. I bought VIP but it still says I need to buy VIP. I cleared cookies already. What is going on

It looks like you have the benefits on my end - if you're not seeing them you should email support or can contact me on discord to troubleshoot. More often than not it's 1. too soon after payment 2. your cookies didn't properly clear 3. your payment didn't go through

For anyone coming to the page as VIP and not seeing their info: Refresh the page once and MAKE SURE YOUR SESSION IS FRESH!

PLEASE LOG OUT AND BACK IN - your session is probably expired.

If you post a comment and your username is purple: your VIP is working, so if you don't see the list your browser is giving you outdated info from your cache.

If you are a NEW VIP: It's not instant please wait about 15 minutes then do the cache / cookies / relog steps. You can always try a browser you've never visited fextra on to ensure it's not a cookie issue.

If you visited this page logged out, you will need to clear your cache / fextralife cookies and login again, because your browser will cache portions of it and not ask the server for the new files.

TROUBLESHOOTING: Please disable adblock / ublock etc if you don't see the content as a VIP. You don't need the blockers since VIPs get no ads, and they interfere with the scripts to load your progress.

If you did the clear cache / cookies process and you still don't see it, please message me (here or on discord.gg/fextralife) or email our support at fextralife.com

The progress will show here as well if you marked things as completed in your map.
