It has excellent slots. The builds I usually see running it make use of that for 2x attack up or Something their weapon likes in the 3 slot along with attack up, weakness exploit, crit boost, etc.

Unlock by sending out the buddies trade and get a armored bream as a special item, and catch a speartuna from a fishing spot, The chest has no skills, but has three slots for decorations.
