Unlisted info, but I do not have access to edit the wiki directly. Locked Treasure Chests are random rewards from 'Back Room' Argosy Buddy Bargaining in Master Rank, and are used to craft the Rarity 9 Barbania armor, as well as similar themed Pirate armor and weapons for Palico and Palimute. There are no known player weapons using this as a crafting material at this time.
