OP means the young frog-looking Albinaurics in Academy Gate Town and Liurnia's areas.

The Albinaurics in questions are the fish-looking ones wielding curved swords/clubs or scythe-like halberds, found all around Liurnia. Not the human-like crawling Albinaurics!

The frog looking dude's in Academy Gate Town don't wear this, they wear something similar but it is clearly different. My guess is this is cut content.

Nvm the ones that are red are actually wearing the piece. Likely drops off them. I'll farm awhile to try and confirm.

There are different versions of the second gen, the wiki describes where a couple are and theu are wearing the silver shirts that have the drop, they also have slightly more health, as 399 one shots the common ones but just bearly live with these guys. So follow wiki to get an idea which ones, test yourself with a weapon that one shots the normals but not the others then you can find the right ones, look close and you'll see they have different armor
