+5 to DEX & +99 to emotional damage for having to kill Millicent :(

But at least this combined with Rotten sword insignia & thorny cracked tear boosts waterfowl dance dmg by A LOT

And then there's the tailisalman you get from finishing alexanders questline (the living jar shard I believe its called) which boosts weapon arts damage on top of that

Contemplating my first NG+ playthrough and realizing that I will probably want this talisman. I think the best thing to do is kill her in Windmill and just rip the bandaid off as quickly as possible.

Why not just create a save (turn off auto-upload to your cloud, if you’re on P.S.) then kill her to get the prosthesis, and then give it to a buddy, or a trusted player, and revert to the save and have the buddy hand to ya. That way, Millicent isn’t killed by your hand, and you still have a chance for the Ancient Smithing Stone (or is a Somber?).
