It's in Nokron, Eternal City. Around where you fight the little naked guys

location: beginning descent into nokron from the meteor impact, instead of going straight down on top of the rooftops, jump to the right and you'll see a purple loot light on top of a roof, there's the torch

if you combine it with the lantern item you get a nice balance between orange and white light, looks pretty natural

Passive is 65 frost buildup, shame it doesn't get a firebreathing WA

This torch is bugged if you use it along any kind of big weapon (spear/greatsword or bigger). The L1 will either not work at all, or give off yellow light instead of white. However, if you have a small weapon in your main hand (or no weapon at all), the L1 works normally. A bit weird.

I'm getting a visual bug where if I hold the torch up while moving its lighting goes to the default torch orange.
