Yes there is, there is a dagger called scorpion's stinger with a rot buildup of 50. It is also a a C in dex at base. It's pretty nice if you are running Dex. They may be more but this is one I found.

Dont think so other than applying rot grease. However, trading a dragon heart for Rotten Breath incantation is well worth it

Wiki has a Dagger, Rapier, Colossal Axe & Staff, Warhammer that all do Scarlet Rot so far, hoping for more but that's already more than most statuses other than bleed

There is a dagger which grants rot on hit (50), but you need to get into the lake of rot to find it, it's in a temple.

yeah the scorpion's stinger is a dagger you can find in the lake of rot and it causes 50 rot buildup per hit

Also Rotten Crystal Sword for INT builds. "Causes slight scarlet rot build up (50)". Found in Haligtree zone

The Dragon Rot Breath incantation is INSANE. Inflicts rot on most bosses (whilst doing great damage too). For example Radahn can be brought to half health after one breath and then riding away safely letting summons distract, and then go back in for second phase to reapply. Just sit back and enjoy the spectacle.

in my fight it must have still been ticking on him while he was in the sky cause when he came back down his health was much lower than the half it was when he went up, I had reapplied it not long before he went up so may be a good time to try

it ticks on anyone infected when they're out of view, the game just doesn't count it for you because they are out of your 'range'. you can see it on mobs too if you kite away and out of view. You'll lose the health bar for them but if you get los to see it again it will insta jump down to where it actually is.

So scarlet rot can stack with poison, bleed, and frostbite I've been experimenting with incantations and dragon spells

Doesnt stack with frostbite or poison, as you can only have one d.o.t active. It DOES stack with bleed tho. Any time I try to put frostbite on my scarlet rot weapons, it puts my scarlet rot buildup to (0)

Wtf it absolutely does stack with frostbite and poison. Frost bite isn't even a dot?
I put rot, poison and frostbite on everything xD

also you can apply/have applied to you more than one dot, where did you get that from?

i found the opposite on my rotten greataxe, i was able to put frost but bleed went to zero, frost and poison kept the rot on the greataxe at least.

Scarlet rotting enemies (bosses included) seems to do around 40% of their health in total. Scarlet rot on Players and NPC players seems to do 90% health damage.

Scarlet rot damage seems to be capped between 25-30k. It takes 4 applications of rot to defeat the Elder Greyroll dragon who has 100k HP
