Spells don't scale directly with anything. Be it sorcery or incantations, what scales is your seal. So it'll scale with whatever your seal is. For dragon communion for example, it scales S with arcane and C with faith at +10
This only requires faith to use though, as opposed to other dragon spells also requiring arcane

Try using it in the rain vs not in the rain. If the damage is less in the rain, it's for. If it's more, then lightning. If no change, then something else.

Deals fire damage (dealt more with the first scorpion charm on) unsure if its buffed by the communion seal but Placidusax's Ruin is sorted in with the others so presumably it is.

This is one of those novelty spells... Forced swaying around with the beam means you can't put any kind of decent damage in one area and the total cast tike leaves you way too open to not be focused on an area.
Better AoE spells like Flame of Frenzy for Faith builds than this.
A real shame because the boss is supposed to be an old elden lord dragon and the fight isn't a cakewalk.
Oh well :(

Basically midirs shoop da woop. Yea it's slow as hell, dont knownif its boosted the seal but goddamn this hits like an Abrams tank if you can get it off. Tested at 50 faith on the hermit village demi human boss, a single use completely killed her, 8000 health and all. Stunned her halfway through as well

Spells dont scale at all. The damage of the spells depends on the catalyst used to cast it. These however do scale, but what they scale with varies depending on which catalyst you use. The arcane and faith limit is simply a requirement needed to cast the spell.
