..what use is a spell that increases equip load? not like your gonna swap out gear every time you cast the spell? i guess some people may be willing to just fat roll while its inactive. shame cause it looks sick lol, might use it for the wep buff alone.

i use this to be light weight while the buff is active, so i dont need to spend levels to be light rolling with armor. the buff equals about 6 levels in weight , and i buff my weapon anyways

FYI there is a light load roll with more invincibility. You could build so that you hit the threshold with this spell and have better rolls for pvp

its a weapon + body buff, meaning it cant be used if your right hand weapon cant be buffed for whatever reason, generally due to innate elemental dmg
which is dumb since vyke can use it and his spear has fire dmg

Is the weapon you're using buffable? You can't cast a weapon buff (even one that does extra stuff) on weapons that deal more than just physical damage generally.

That means your weapon can't be buffed. It either has an ash of war that gives it a special damage attribute already or is a unique weapon which can't be buffed.

I���ve realised you can���t put ashes of war on the weapon so if you have ashes of war on the weapon you can���t use it on that weapon

While I haven't tested weapon buffs myself yet, I'm going to assume the game uses the DS1/3 system instead of the DS2 system. Meaning unique weapons or weapons with special damage types cannot receive weapon buffs.

Likely you are trying to use it on a weapon that can't be infused (such as a weapon that is already infused by the blacksmith or a unique weapon with split dmg)

Does your weapon already have some sort of enhanced damage other than physical (holy, magic, etc.)? Use a base weapon preferably leveled up at a blacksmith.

Most likely you are using a weapon that has damage other than physical such as magic or fire or you've changed the affinities to bleed, only physical only

Since this affects your body as well as your weapon, does it continue to buff your right hand weapon if you weapon swap? Is there a way I could buff an offhand weapon with something else and have this as one of two buffs while power stancing?

Unfortunately, the buff is removed when you put the weapon away. Meaning if you wanted to powerstance two buffed weapons, one would have to be a weapon skill and the other either another skill or a Grease item.
