They do indeed respawn like the skeles they are found in one of the first catacombs that i remember, just follow one of the old man statues if you see them, activating them will lead you to the nearest catacomb. They tend to be on cliff edges. Hope this helps!

I haven't seen them revive like skeletons. They do however have the vanishing teleport dodge.

Found them, they are in deeproot depths(optional area) North of nameless eternal city grace past a lopsided tower with a knight archer and the ashes are beside a tiny tree(?) Near the edge

Yes, without question they are one of the strongest ashes for bosses and grinding. The only downsides are AoEs chew them up very quickly and their fire resistance is much lower than average.

Pretty sturdy boys, good damage. Almost killed Malenias second form when upgraded to +8, as they constantly knocked her on the floor. Decent Ashes to use when you need some frontline.
