DON'T USE THIS. It is busted, you can kill late game enemies in a few stomps, you can take down late game bosses with 10-20 stomps, completely busted

Yes Elden Ring was advertised with ashes of war being a key part of your build and damage. This is how you fix the R1 spamming curse.

Yeah, and unless your greataxe is a ranged AoE that also builds a status effect, it���s not the best comparison.

This is a very VERY overpowered skill in my opinion with it's fanning attack and it travels along the ground, and crawls up or down terrain, it hits twice, the 1st hit is a light mist but can 'stun' some enemies, and the 2nd hit is a heavy 'frost'.
It costs a measly 10 FP, and with a Mage build you can literally hit about 1.75x your Glintstone Pebble attacks on each enemies in the cone and the damage gets bigger because you can cause frostbite which is sorta like bleed.

The reason it is so good against bosses is that bosses are big and they get hit by all of frost bursts.
