None of these passive healing effects are meant to allow you to never have to use a flask during a boss, but it's an overall boost to your survivability. That bit of regen can recover enough health for a combo that would have otherwise killed you.

Provides a decent regeneration for 3 minutes (about 9 hp per tick). Very good value if you are not in the danger of dying

If this is true the total heal is about 1600 HP. Some characters will be fully healed by this, seems solid.

Doesn't stack with Blessing's Boon incantation and it heals 1 point less than it.

I love this tear. You spend a lot of time dodging in boss fights and this thing passively heals you during that time. If you're confident with your dodging skills, it's the difference between having to waste a flask to recover only 30% because of the fear of getting one shot for 70%, versus saving that flask by regening the HP needed to survive getting one shot.

I got 3 minutes of (definitelty) 7-HP a second.
Another person said about 9, and another claimed 1% of total.

I have over 1800 HP, and get 7/sec as well. Definitely not 1%, and chances are the 9/sec was someone not realizing they had the dew talisman on

It's a fixed 7hp/s but if you also have blessed dew talisman it stakes so you get 9hp/s

opaline bubbletear + crimsonburst crystal tear make a very good combo for not getting one shotted, sometimes the heal can save your rump but you'll be on ~10hp

Opaline bubbletear seems to increase only elemental resistances, not physical, despite it saying that it reduces all damage taken. I'm saying this only because of status displaying the increased ele res after taking it.
