This item canNOT be buffed with magic

I just sent a ticket to namco about this item. It is a catalyst but suddenly becomes a hammer when player get his hands on it. It should be fixed.

I'm not even disappointed that this isn't a staff-- I was just hoping for another int/faith weapon than sword of night & flame. If the ash of war reduces both holy & magic defense, then why wouldn't it scale with both int and faith?

Why does every weapon with FTH and INT scaling only hit like C or D at +10? LIke why even include scaling in elden ring if 40/40/40 quality is the best for 90% of the weapons in the game?

This weapons works on bosses. Don't sleep on it. Its really, really good. Even if as a aux weapon for your main hand.

Reduces negation by 10% of each element when you initially have 0% negation, but the exact number seems to get lower the more negation you start with. When I used it starting at 50% magic negation, it only lowered it to 45. Using the skill at -32% negation ended up lowering me 13%~ negation.

The weapon art should have been randomly casting any spell in the game, woulda been more fun

Really wish this would have been a combination of a staff and a seal, so you could cast every spell with it.
